Return Policy
*Return Period:*
Items purchased from our store can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. The return period will be extended during holiday periods.
*Return Eligibility:*
1. All items must be in the condition you received them, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
2. We cannot accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or damaged after receiving them.
3. Some items may be marked as “Final Sale” and will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
*Return Process:*
1. To start a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Pack your item securely, include the original packing slip or a note with your order number, and attach the return label.
*Refunds:*
Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to process.
*Exchanges:*
We allow exchanges for the same item in a different size or color within the return period. The process for exchanges is similar to returns. Please note that exchange is subject to inventory availability.
*Shipping Costs:*
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or the wrong item was sent.
*International Return Policy*

*Exchanges:*
We are currently unable to offer exchanges on international orders due to the complexities of shipping and customs. We recommend returning your item and placing a new order for the desired item.
*Shipping Costs and Customs Fees:*
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees or taxes. If you return an item, you will not receive a refund for the original shipping costs, duties, or taxes.
*Undeliverable Packages:*
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will refund the amount of the merchandise but not the shipping costs.
